These terms cover the use of bayshoreac.com and the text-message program operated by Bayshore Athletic Club, 160 Granite St, Braintree, MA 02184.
Bayshore Athletic Club sends text messages to people who have asked us to contact them about a day pass, membership, or other enquiry.
How you opt in. You opt in by entering your own mobile number into a form on this website — such as the free day-pass or contact form — or by giving it to the chat assistant on this site, and agreeing to be contacted. We do not text people who have not given us their number themselves, and we do not buy or rent phone number lists.
What we send. A reply to your enquiry, a small number of follow-up messages about it, reminders about a visit or booking you asked about, and — if you join — an invitation to leave a review.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry. Most people receive a handful of messages at most.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, or REVOKE.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, email info@bayshoreac.net, or call 781-356-5303.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your handset.
Privacy. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information on this site — including schedules, pricing, and amenities — is provided for general information and may change. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but it does not form a contract. Membership agreements, day-pass terms, and club rules are provided at the club and govern your use of the facility.
